\ A personalized menu containing entrées and side dishes.  The menu is submitted for your
  approval prior to cooking day.

\ Fresh, high-quality groceries purchased on your cooking day.

\ On your cooking day, all the meals are prepared in your kitchen, packaged, and put in your
  refrigerator or freezer with simple thawing and reheating instructions.  Chef Hethyr brings
  all of her own cooking materials and utensils.

\ Your kitchen is thoroughly cleaned when the job is finished, and all trash and recyclables
  from the food preparation are removed from your home.
