Hethyr Pletsch is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and a Premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association. She holds a Food Safety Manager Certification and is on the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
Hethyr has owned and operated Everyday Gourmet Colorado Personal Chef Service since launching the business in January of 2007. Over the last four years, she has prepared meals for over fifty clients in the Colorado Springs area. Hethyr has hosted many training classes and cooking demonstrations, both in clients' homes and for businesses. Upon request, she has also prepared specialty foods for local Colorado Springs businesses, including Front Range Barbeque and Cucuru Gallery Cafe. She currently operates out of Gotta Love It Kitchen in Old Colorado City.
Hethyr currently resides in Colorado Springs with her husband and official taste-tester, Jon. Their dog, Garr, is also a connoisseur of fine food.
