Hethyr Pletsch is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and a Premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association.  She has many years of cooking experience and has prepared specialty foods for local Colorado Springs businesses such as Front Range Barbeque and Cucuru Gallery Cafe.  Hethyr has hosted training classes and cooking demonstrations, and she has cooked for many personal clients

Hethyr moved to Colorado Springs in 2000, where she lives happily with her wonderful husband and dog.
