Hethyr Pletsch is a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association.  She has many years of cooking experience and has prepared specialty foods for local Colorado Springs businesses such as Front Range Barbeque and Cucuru Gallery Cafe.  Hethyr has also cooked for many personal clients (references available upon request).

Hethyr moved to Colorado Springs in 2000, where she lives happily with her husband and dog.
